"Last Thursday At store 073538. I was getting food inside the store. I order my food and 2 drinks. Food came out and they forgot about my drinks. And got the order wrong. Once they brought me my hot coffee. The lid wasn’t all theway on. A young lady tried to handed me my coffee and it spilled all over my hand. She just stood there. No one had no idea what to do. I rinsed my hand off and asked for their first aid kits. They have no protocol for this. It was unpleasant from the beginning and than with them not knowing what to do was upsetting. I ended up in the emergency room. I have managed to have minor burns and blisters. I have tried to reach out to their corporate support but I seem to not find the correct contact information. So this is all I can do. Good job Taco Bell"

"This location has made me done with Taco Bell entirely. Everytime I go here something in my order is wrong. Tonight I ordered through the app for delivery and my order was awful! I called and was told by the so called "manager" that I could come in and have it remade or reorder it to be delivered, so I would be paying twice! She also told me they are only human and make mistakes. This wasn't a "mistake" it was downright laziness. If this was a one-off thing or had only happened once or twice before then fine, but it's 95% of the time. I was missing items and the items I did receive were horrible quality. The Burrito I ordered was supposed to have extra sauce (that I paid extra for) and there is hardly any sauce. The chalupa Supremes were a couple pieces of chicken and a butt load of sour cream. The cheese roll ups that I ordered for my daughter had to be heated up in the microwave because the cheese wasn't even melted. Oh, and apparently they can't refund me, I have to go through the app which is conveniently not working."

"2 stars for effort, false advertising, took a bite, and got a mouthful of lettuce and cheese, if I wanted a vegan taco I would have went to vegans r us. To top it off the taco shell went down sideways in my throat, shell are either over cooked or stale. Please save yourself trio and go jack in the box their tacos are cheaper anyways."
