"I'm choosing to go out of my way to write a review for this place despite not having eaten there. Not once but twice now I've shown up on a busy Sunday afternoon, some 30min to an hour after their opening hours, and they are still unapologetically and slowly opening the restaurant. I can't recommend a restaurant to others when there is a high chance that the establishment will not even be open. Get better or get ready to be replaced by a Jersey Mike's"

"I’ve been coming to this place since it opened and they NEVER have cheese sauce why have it on the menu just to tell customers “we didn’t get it in or we ran out” every single time- now just now upon ordering once again no cheese but this time the lady ringing me up said “I’ve never seen you come here before so no cheese how do you know” I’ve been coming here every time I go to the mall… DO BETTER or take the cheese sauce OFF THE MENU! Then I get my food and this is what they give me for $19.36?!?! Never ever again"

"Why one star? The food was great, fries crispy, soda was $3.25 a bottle. No worries there. The service was absolutely terrible. I asked for a tiny sauce cup to put my sons ranch in and I was met with a stern and rude manager that informed me that nothing extra is included with the $45 I just gave them. She then wanted to argue with me over the cost of a tiny sauce cup but wouldn’t even sell me one! Not accommodating at all and the “no refunds” sign should scare you off because they are always right and the customer is always wrong. They will be out of business before you know it!"

"The amount of "ribeye" is so minescule you would be better off going anywhere else. The ratio of onions to meat is also very depressing. I felt like this "8 in" sub was very lacking and not worth the 12 dollars. Honestly felt very ripped off and wished I had gone anywhere but here. The lettuce was in a sad state too. Just go anywhere but here. Wished I had saved my money and burned it then it would have given me more value."
