"Glen and Mayanna were amazing! This restaurant is in a very busy shopping center adjacent to numerous family entertainment venues . The restaurant was super busy and I could tell that they were short-staffed, but both of these folks went out of their way to provide outstanding service. The food was delicious and they really made our meal a terrific experience. Thank you both for all your hard work!"
"For the first time in about 6 months we actually got an amazing waiter who cares about the job and people. Andrea is one of the best waiters I have ever had in many years. She needs her own shop to manage or become one here. Great job keep up the great work without you I'm sure this red Robin would go down."
"It wasn't busy, but it took someone a long time to even acknowledge us and get us to table. Server got our drink order wrong 3 times. The appetizer showed up after the entree. Sides were wrong. Ordered a chicken wrap, had 3 small slices of chicken in it. Had to flag down the Server because we were eating partial with a gift card, she had to have the manager figure it out. Just overall bad experience at this location."
