"I pulled up to pick up my food that I ordered through the app and the woman told me that there was no orders on her screen. I told her I could drive around and show it to her and she said nope, there's no orders on my screen. After I sat there for a few minutes thinking she was looking for it or trying to figure it out, she finally responded, " is there anything I can do for you?" I said "are you looking for my order?" She said "you don't have an order." I drove around and showed her my order and she said well I don't see it on my screen. I asked to speak to a manager and she said she was the manager. She told me to leave because I was holding up her line. I told her I'm not going to leave until I get a refund. She then told me that if I canceled on the app I would get a refund that she has no way to give me a refund. Well I canceled on the app and I got no refund. Exactly what I would have expected from this terrible company. I need someone to contact me right away to resolve this issue and give me a refund for the food I never received."

"They have these dumb kids working at night that don't greet you and will actually walk past you without asking anything. One in particular reminds me of a baseball card I used to have... Hat with a big dumb looking 'fro sticking out. Drive-thru is fine. I actually have been eating here quite a lot since I'm in the area but not anymore."

"Pretty sure at least one if not more of the people working there tonight were high .The woman who took my order was very nice, but whoever was making our food took quite a while. And then when I got back to our hotel I found out instead of giving me the chicken nuggets I ordered they gave me a huge extra fry. I have an autistic 6 year old and she doesn't eat their fries. She only eats chicken nuggets. So I went back to get the chicken nuggets. I had to tell the guy 4 times what I needed. English was definitely his first language and he somehow couldn't comprehend that I did not need more fries, just chicken nuggets. And then he didn't even apologize for the fact that they had messed up my order until the end where he mumbled a half-hearted "sorry about that". There was no offer of anything to make up for their mistake. Service is always questionable at Wendy's which is why I only go there because my daughter likes it. I told her after this she has to choose different places to eat. Their food just isn't very good and if they can't even get my order right then I am just done with going there."

"I accidentally ordered via mobile phone at the wrong location. The store manager handled the issue with no problem, leading me in how to cancel the wrong store order and taking the verbal order from me and filling it himself. Thank you for making a frustrating moment calm and taking on my mistake, and fixing it for my husband and I. The burger was really tasty (Dave's Double), the fries were yummy and weren't completely fried, making them easy to eat since I have a hard time chewing fried/hard fries. I also had the vanilla cold brew, and it was scrumptious!! My husband had the classic fried chicken sandwich and said it was pretty good with his fries and chocolate frosty."

"Would love to give it a better review, but the dining room that was SUPPOSED to open at 7:30am is still locked at 7:45 with no signs explaining why they are only serving drive thru. (My car was being serviced at Walmart.)"
