Feringhee Modern Indian Cuisine

"This place deserves 5 stars for everything. First , we had no reservations and the guy at the entrance was able to get us a table right away. It was Friday around 7 o'clock. Next - the service we got was top notch. Our waiter was Rico, very knowledgeable about the menu and with a great work ethic. He explained us the menu and also answered all the questions we had. The drinks ... OMG! I asked which was the drink that came with the smoke and he right away said it was the Love of Feringhee! I had to order it and we also had The Botanist. Ask me which was better and I can't answer lol. Then the food - not only the presentation was nice but also the taste. It wasn't very very spicy which I loved. Make sure you order the appetizers , we ordered the Trio of Pani Puri. It seems very popular as many people was ordering it. We also got the Old Delhi Butter Chicken with a side of Naan ( the best ) and the Goan Shrimp Curry with rice as the side . 100 % satisfaction"

"LOVED our experience here. I’m always up for Indian, but usually that means a feast on just traditional curries. Feringhee has such a unique modern spin on Indian food. From traditional butter chicken and saag paneer, to creative shrimp appetizers, cauliflower, and Indian tacos. Excellent service. My only advice would be to dim the lights a bit. Felt too bright for fancy modern Indian."

"If I could give six stars, this would be the first time that I would. We just came for dinner and everyone was applauding the choice of restaurant throughout the evening. From starters, to mains, dessert, and cocktails, this was an exquisite fine dining experience that put a modern twist on Indian cuisine classics. And above all of the accolades I could give, this dining experience wouldn’t be complete without the man of the hour, our server Mohamed. He elevated our experience like you wouldn’t believe. Fabulous recommendations throughout our dinner, with a warm demeanor that made you feel like it’s a family-run restaurant, all while serving with a class that you’d expect from Michelin rated establishment. We’ll be requesting him every time we visit, I can tell you that! Not only is the food (with unique tastes, perfect textures, and ambiance within the dishes itself) something my coworkers won’t stop talking about, but the experience itself will be a cherished memory for us all. "We tried this place one night with some friends, we were greeted after standing by the door for about 10 minutes, seems that management was having some kind of meeting with the employees, during open hours not like we got there before they opened. Once we were seated it took about another 10 minutes to get someone to agree that they had our section, finally one gentleman said he would take the table and took our drink order. Our friends order a wide variety of items, they were tasty but not Indian food tasty. We found this place to be a fusion restaurant. The food presentation was very nice and the food was good but for the price I would not say great. We found the service lacking for an upscale restaurant to be lacking. We will probably not return. The restaurant was clean as were the restrooms. If you like fusion food that is very costly then try this place but if you want true Indian food try somewhere else."

"My wife and I came in for an early dinner the other day and were pleasantly surprised. The food was well made, modern and fresh, full of indian spices and flavor. The décor was light and inviting, The drinks were very good. We ordered several takes on modern drinks with an indian twist. We will definitely return."
