"Rude manager! Never been treated so badly. I was trying to order special pricing through the app but it kept saying the app was experiencing issues. Went into the restaurant to ask if they could honor the app pricing. Manager said only if it came thru the app on their screen. I mentioned it was an app issue and he snapped back that he doesn't control the internet. I was trying to remain calm during this exchange so I finally said never mind, I'll just order. His response: Yes order then leave! I immediately turned around and left. I could tell the cashier was embarrassed for the way I was treated but I suspect it wasn't the first time the manager has treated someone this way."

"The fish sandwich from Arby's is amazing. I thought it even tasted good a bit cold. The fish had a good flavor and was tasty. The outside of it had a nice crunch to it. I will be back for more! The restaurant wasn't busy and was clean. It is definitely on par or better than other fish sandwiches I have had."

"Used to love this Arby's but I feel like management/ownership changed or something. Every time I've come in the past few months I leave disappointed. Skimpflation has really hit this place with portions that are always small, they put much less roast beef on their sandwiches, and their "premium" nuggets are tiny and served cold. What used to be a good value has become the same as every other restaurant chain in the area where you spend more but get less. There's a good Mexican place right across the street, I'll be going there for lunch from now on."
