"Sat in the drive thru for 1 HOUR. The only reason I didn’t go somewhere else is because I placed a mobile order and didn’t realize until too late that I was able to cancel without penalty. I thought they were going to tell me there computers were shut down or their grill was broken…..nope, just the slowest service to ever exist. I have taco bell somewhat frequently and the food from here was very shady (even more so than just normal taco bell). I thought for sure I was going to need some electrolytes the next day. I will gladly go out of my way to go to another location next time."

"Went there to pickup my online order. 1 customer was there doing the same...they called his name for his order. I stood right behind him and no one asked me anything for 20 min....a couple came in for there online order and was helped right away and given there food. So now 35 min pass....2 workers making food saw me there the whole time.so after they were finished making food and had no more orders in was asked "can I help you" I said I was there for online order...so a young woman came from the back....she had seen me there while she gave the other 2 orders to people. Gave her my name and she goes to the back and comes back with my order which clearly had been sitting there the whole time I was there waiting. And if taco bell is reading this...check the cameras i entered the lobby at 8:25pm. Id like to say more but.....id rather not. Customer service was unexceptable."

"Always love some late night cravings at Taco Bell exspecially this location, which is one of the very few Taco Bell’s still in the 1990’s Taco Bell Aire… so if you grew up in the 80’s and 90’s like myself we appreciate the nostagia of our childhood of going to Taco Bell… and the food always hits the spot after a long day at work…. Even at 2am lol"
