"What an amazing hidden gem! Hai Noon is a classy Japanese/Sonoran infused style restaurant with a cool retro vibe. My favorite dish is the Sunomono: a cucumber, watermelon radish, and wasabi plum vinaigrette salad topped with crunchy sesame seeds. The Porkbelly Buns are so tender and flavorful. Tuna, seabream, oysters, yellowtail, and amberjack also round out their menu. Try a Calpico cocktail, a new twist on a gin classic. Hai Noon also serves brunch on Saturdays! The Biscuit and Gravy was savory and delicious. You just can’t go wrong when Chef Nobuo is orchestrating the kitchen while GM Kuni serves up stellar service. You won’t be disappointed!"
