"Please staff your restaurant adequately. Like many have said, there are MULTIPLE orders sitting and never helped when going to pick up. Expectation is customers go root around for their food on the shelf. If there was more help this could be avoided. Not the kids fault who is working the entire place by himself"

"It's the same every time. Food sits on the shelf while the one person at the counter takes orders. I've been here five minutes, waiting to pick up an online order. When I arrived there were three meals ready for a customer. They are still there, waiting. Food quality begins to diminish once it's placed in the window. A worker came up, bagged one order, then walked away. The other two items that have been sitting there for seven minutes now, are still waiting to be served. 10/27/2023 - UPDATE Rubio's just reached out to me. They want to make it better. All I have to do is go to their website, enter all the information I have already entered here, and they may do something to make it better. I'm not sure I want to spend time doing what they want and then wait another two months to get a response."

"Customer service was friendly, restaurant was clean, food was very good. A little more expensive than I anticipated but all in all, was happy. I ordered a lobster taco and a Mexican Street Corn Bowl, next time I'll ask for "light sauce" as there was a lot of it."

"Never had Rubio's before and decided to try Taco Tues for $1.99/taco. It was a steal for the price. The fish taco was crispy and light, unfortunately I wasn't a big fan of the chicken taco. I thought the tortillas were a bit too thick and tough. The lime slices and cilantro/onion mixture were nice additions to the salsa bar. Overall the tacos were okay for $1.99 each. It being Taco Tuesday, very busy night for the staff. We ordered using the App when we arrived and ended up skipping forward in line."
