"The food is good, store is clean, for the most part people are nice too. But more often then not when i go inside. i have to wait to get service. Just this last time 10 minutes or so before editing my review to go in detail. 1 in drive through 2 in grill area letting me know it'll be just a minute, they are doing nothing. I waited a few minutes then just walked out without service or food."

"If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Hands down the best experience and service at a fast food place for me. I ordered a chicken sandwich with extra, extra, extra pickles and they delivered! Look at the photo of how many pickles they added. Other places give you 1-2 extra pickles even when asking for a specific number. Can’t believe this Jack In the Box went above and beyond what we asked for. I heard them tell another customer to let them know what they thought about the shake they ordered and if they want more ice cream next time they would be happy to make it that way. Great customer service!"

"The service was atrocious. After ordering my meal which was pretty simple, I waited around 10 minutes for my meal to be ready. Given the fact that I was one of two people in the dining area it shouldn't have taken that long. After receiving my meal, they gave me the wrong order. I returned it tell them the situation and they apologized and corrected my meal. Once I got my corrected meal, I realized that it was still incorrect and not what I ordered. A second time, I asked them to get it right. They finally did. That, in my opinion, is not good customer service. I do not recommend this particular location!"
