"I saw an advertisement for their new KBBQ burger, so my husband and I went in before a movie. He got the KBBQ burger, and I got the Korean fried chicken sandwich. We shared the spicy KBBQ cheese fries. Let's start with the burger. There was literally nothing Korean about it. It looked nothing like the photo. And the KFC sandwich? I could get that off the $2 menu at Wendy's and dress it better than this. The website white kimchi slaw and fried onions of which I saw neither. BOTH sandwiches were TINY. And the fries were just tepid fries with gelatinous canned cheese sauce and red pepper. I'm still salty about paying over $40 for this terrible meal almost a month ago. Bonus star deduction for the filthy ladies room. Your Korean customers are disappointed, and you owe your partners in Korea an apology."

"They forgot to give me ranch and the burger was burnt. I was on my lunch break so I didn’t have time to have them remake it so I was forced to eat this hard crunchy over cooked burnt tasting burger. It was terrible. Also the burger is tiny. Almost $7 for a burger that is only big enough for a child. And the bun was folded under and smashed onto my burger so when I unfolded it there was sauce all over the top and was messy to eat. It doesn’t seem like they care shot the quality of their food at all. The fries were great but whoever is cooking their burgers is the worst. I expected way better from this place."
