"Nice venue, good service and drinks. I was excited that they had tostones on the menu. Being Puerto Rican I grew up eating these. So when I received my other they looked a bit different than what I was used to. Then when I took the first bite they were very hard- Glad I didn’t break a tooth. So I asked the sever for another order of them thinking that was a bad batch. Nope the next batch was even harder, thin and lacking flavor. Avoid ordering these and my beautiful wife made home made ones the following night to show how they should be prepared. If your a Cuban restaurant prepare and cook them correctly instead of in the flash fryer. Put some love in an authentic dish, please. Also , add Cuban coffee to the menu. Be authentic!!!!!!"
"I was around this area looking for paella, and this caught my attention. As you walk to the resort, it is an impressive and nice place. When we read through the menu, it sounded delicious, but it turned out it wasn't even closer to the descriptions. On the reviews, the paella said it was made of saffron rice, which looked more like red rice; the green Chile chicken pizza said it was crispy; it was just like a big regular soft tortilla; and the chicken was chewy. The burger was not even that great. When we were eating at the table, there were a lot of fruit mosquitoes around and terrible service. I am very disappointed in this place."
"While situated centrally within Scottsdale's heart, being part of the hotel, this restaurant failed to satisfy my breakfast expectations. Regrettably, my experience differed from that of my companions, as the hash seemed aged, the poached eggs were significantly overcooked, and the tostones resembled hardened rocks. Although they kindly refrained from charging me for my dish, my morning sustenance was notably unsatisfactory, leaving me greatly disappointed as a customer."
"We were blown away by the beautiful interiors of this place. The hotel lobby blends seamlessly into the Canal Club. The decor creates an atmosphere that transcends you into another world. It was a quiet Sunday afternoon and a group of 7 girls out for brunch. Service was good and food was fresh and more on the healthier side. I would definitely recommend this place for a date night or brunch with friends as it has a fun vibe and experience. Would love to come back and try the rest of the menu"
"The atmosphere is hands down perfect for date night. I would say it's more for mom and dad than the kids, but that's just my kids (super picky). As I tried to display in my photos, seating possibilities are endless, indoor, outdoor, and there are even a couple fire pits. After dinner, take a stroll around the resort if you're just there for dinner. Water features, fountains, and amazing landscaping everywhere you look. Again, there is no shortage of seating. My favorite are the two hammocks in the back. For fun, I saw giant Jenga and connect four. Dinner was Devine and the service top notch."
