They try to be all high and mighty with their “no cell phone rules, no hats, no carry out after 4p” their service is really going down hill and so is their food. I was served raw chicken today on my salad. Not to mention management (Nick) does not care about anything. Again, you cannot be all high and mighty and serve raw chicken! Will not be coming back. So many other places with better service and food. Not worth it anymore!"

"This was my second visit to Houston’s. My husband and I celebrated our first wedding anniversary here because the food was just nothing like I’ve had. I’ve been to multiple stake houses and have never had a steak quite like here. It was juicy and cooked medium well. The loaded potato was saturated all the way through with butter, cream, and cheese. I’ve also never witnessed quite a level of teamwork here. It ran like a machine, without feeling like they wanted us to leave to let more patrons in. The waitress we had was professional, friendly, and attentive. I truly understand the standards and policies they have in place; the quality of their food and service speaks volumes. I had the Hawaiian ribeye. This is my all time favorite place to have steak! My husband thinks the same. Thank you!"
