"Bright, colorful decor for an excellent ambiance; variety of top-notch food dishes; and friendly staff to boot. Great place for Mexican fare. Stopped in for an early dinner about 4:30 in late September (yeah, it's a late review, deal w/ it). The inside was splattered with a vibrancy of color, I don't think there was one spot of white anywhere. We all loved it. Their murals, the artwork, the detailed seating, masks, there was so much to look at it took us forever to decide on what to order. Our server was a young gentleman (I lost the receipt so cannot remember his name) but he was polite, friendly, and attentive. The food came out piping hot and fresh, definitely was not sitting under a heat lamp. We all dug in and devoured the meals. I would highly recommend Fiesta Mexicana."

"Nice, clean restaurant with a fun, colorful atmosphere. Service was above average. They have an extensive menu with child and vegetarian options. The chips and salsa were pretty good. As was the jalapeño margarita. Unfortunately, the food was pretty disappointing. Our entrees were hot and looked very good, but the taste and texture made the quality very mediocre. Kind of hard to figure out. But none of the four of us really liked our meals. Sure, one person may not like their food but all four of rated our entrees as “meh”. The competition for good Mexican food is pretty stiff in the Phoenix metroplex, so my recommendation would be to skip this location."

"Fiesta Mexicana is one of my favorite Mexican food restaurants to go to. I have been to this location and the one in the Avondale area. One thing you will find out is that each location has their own specialty margaritas drinks. The food is always in large portions that will guarantee to fill you up and may have leftovers. It is really hard to put the fork down once you start! The food is that good! The atmosphere is relaxing and easy to dine with the space between tables, let's you enjoy your meal with friends and family without feeling crowded. The place is always clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and loves to make you feel welcomed and have a great dining experience. Great customer service that will check on you to make sure you have everything and refills your drinks. They start you off with chips and salsa while you look over the menu and socialize who you are with. I noticed the bartender holds a good conversation for people sitting at the bar dining for one. I recommend trying anything on the menu, but my favorite is the Tampiqueña a la Diabla: Skirt steak topped with fresh shrimp, onion, bell pepper, and spicy sauce. Served with rice and beans. Also comes with tortillas! Love the spicy sauce! We also ordered their fajitas with chicken, and it comes out hot and sizzling! Super flavorful and love the peppers and grilled onions with the chicken. Overall, I recommend this place if you want good Mexican food with some drinks or catch up with family and friends over a good meal."
