"I was picking up an order on Feb 7 530 pm and my order was ready sitting there and the ,manager wasn't bagging my order and he keeps looking back at me smerking and grinning totally unperfesional"

"Super slow service was waiting in the drive thru line for 35min just to get to the window and have to pull around and wait another 10 minutes. Rude service and old food, do not come here."

"when i went in the food took 30 mins at most and before i left i asked for sauces and the lady gave me a attitude, then when i was walking out i couldnt open the door mean while the same lady was in the back of me to walk out and give some one their order at their car and she pushed me to open it because i apparently was talking to long? i dont know she was very rude and i sat down, i opened it, i got a wopper, fries, and chicken nuggets, i asked for 2 woppers and they gave me 2 tiny wopper jrs but yet paid for 2 wopper and the meat was not cooked it was very cold and pink, my chicken nuggets were way to hard and tasted like dog food and very cold and the fries were just nasty and cold to be honest, it was all a 1/10 including the service."

"Came in around 8:20pm (5-16-23) We enjoyed the food. Floor Manager was prompt and courteous. Who we didn’t appreciate is the customer service at the drive thru. She was unconsciously rude and we felt rushed. We understand the time management of the restaurant DT but we didn’t understand why we had to back out the intercom and again twice at the window to the point that we almost hit the car behind us only to be parked at the corner of the drive thru and then 5 seconds later the manager handed our food. When we ordered for a kid’s meal we asked what drinks were available and she responded “ we have whatever you want” so we asked for chocolate milk she said “oh..except that” then we asked for regular milk she said “ oh we don’t have that”. When we got to the window we were asked to back out and back in 2x. I asked for the receipt and I was given a duplicate. This fast food serves great food but customer service needs improvement. Also., when we pulled up to the window the employee had a long metal stick that I’m familiar which looked like a “time stopper” I worked for fast food for 8 yrs the behavior I just experienced from this store is pretty unacceptable. Wish they reprimand some better restaurant etiquette here."

"I ordered the royal chicken combo, chicken nuggets, fries, and whopper combo. I was the only person in the drive thru but still waited for almost 10 minutes thinking my order would be fresh. Came home and saw the chicken sandwich looked as if it had been sitting out, the fries were burnt, and whooper was cold. I used my debit card to pay almost 30$ for this disappointing meal. Realized the employee never gave me a receipt as I thought she put it in the bag. I’ve been calling the restaurant for the past hour and left a voicemail. Really would like a refund"
