"Absolute best customer service and food that I have ever gotten at taco bell I placed an order to the app. Didn't get crazy on the order, basically no sour cream or guacamole on anything. Greeted me very politely at the speaker box. Got to the window, had to wait maybe up to a minute, I'm assuming it's because on got a 5 layer burrito grilled..side not first time trying that and oh man it's good. I left the drive thru checked the order and everything was correct. Packed very well. No broken shells or chips, no food on the sides lol. It was delicious too"

"This is the best fast food restaurant in the shopping center. The people that work there are more FRIENDLY than CARL'S JR. This Taco Bell didn't : 1.) Overcharge me when the price is clearly stated on the menu board. 2.) Tell me the Manager wasn't there and refuse to give me the Manager's name. 3.) Screw up the order. 4.) Forget to put the hot sauce or other condiments requested in the bag. 5.) Take an excessive amount of time giving me my food when going through the drive-thru. There are other reasons that Taco Bell is superior to Carl's Jr. This list just scratches the surface."

"Went in for a simple bean and cheese burrito took 15 min pretty much my whole break from work. And my burrito was thrown in the bag not even wrapped. I just moved to this area and I came from the Gilbert and Baseline store and 2 other stores from Colorado.. I’ve never seen this kind of service ever nor have I worked for a store that didn’t care they do here.. I tried to apply at this location and they don’t even call you or contact you even if to say sorry we won’t with another applicant. Very unprofessional and not worth spending my money here. It’s a shame bc this is directly next to my house. I tried to call to at least let them know about the burrito but no one ever answered the phone. Good luck"
