Jack in the Box 4305 West Bethany Home Road, Glendale, AZ 85301

"Ordered through drive thru and employee was not listening to my order. I repeated order and she repeated back 2 breaskfast jacks no cheese but when I checked my bag it was wrong order. I had to park my car and go inside because there was a long line of cars waiting to order. She didn't appogized. When she yelled out to the cooks , she then ordered verbally correct order and the cooks yelled back that they had heard my order, but in the system, she had entered it wrong."

"This place has bad disrespectful workers. My husband n myself were coming to have a breakfast n bring that my husband is diabetic he had to use the bathroom first. As I walked up towards the front door this woman whom said her name is Sunshine, was chasing my husband out the door. She was yelling, discriminating, calling him a drugy, n just was crazy. Just awful. Who hired these so called managers. Well this isn't going to stay this way. We're going to look into this matter n see what can be done to stop the discrimination. It's 9am Saturday 2)3/24.;"

"ALWAYS understaffed. Crew works at the speed of an injured snail. We always wait in the lobby for far too long and usually end up with incorrect/missing items. This visit was no different."

"Filthy inside . . Bathrooms were gross. Update: still dirty.. windows nasty."

"Ordered some curly fries. They are cold over cooked hard and all stuck together. Better management is needed the price was too high for the JUNK they served me. Won't answer the phone never will go to jack in the box again. Very sad food n management. Not sure why this store is open"
