Chipotle Mexican Grill

"Check your bags. It’s my own fault for coming back but 3x in a row they’ve given me the wrong order, forget the chips or an entire burrito. When I reach out to their support they offer a small refund but if I ordered delivery they never include the cost to have the missing item re-delivered so you are out of luck, either pay extra for the delivery again and hope it’s right or just go without the food you ordered. Either way I’m not getting what I paid for and they refuse to acknowledge that or offer a full refund. Update : They did it again today, at this point it feels personal and I have personally been victimized by the chipotle app’s Pepper chat, that I truly believe is so bad, it’s on purpose. It’s nearly impossible to talk to a real chipotle employee."

"Consistently mess up my orders especially if my food is being delivered. Chipotle as a business does nothing to correct the issue. Incredibly small portions for the price. Read other reviews. If you want to be disappointed with your meal, then go ahead and order at your own risk."

"I made a mobile order for a basic steak burrito with chips and salsa. I got home to find that my burrito literally fit in the palm of my hand despite requesting extra rice and they didn't give me any salsa with my chips. Will not be ordering from this location again"

"Yet another restaurant that treats delivery drivers like a nuisance. Doesn't start making order until 10 minutes after you arrive and long after they tell you "they SHOULD be making it." They continue to make four other people's orders in line before considering the online one that had been posted long ago. We represent customers and in my 8 years working at a busy restaurant this would have never been tolerated. Transparency is part of customer service. A really important part."

"The mediocre burrito This is my third time coming here. This place just doesn't perform like other chipotles I've been too. First off the staff seemed annoyed at everyone ordering there food. second the food looked cold and old in the containers. My steak burrito was a bit cold and steak was too chewy.
