"It wasn't busy but staff was very busy with drive through. The service has improved, the breakfast was good. The manager was shaming her employees in Spanish. That was not cool. There was only 3 other staff and they were working hard while their manager was bitching them out. Doesn't matter what language it's on? You just don't do that in front of customers."

"DO NOT COME TO THIS STORE. I ordered off the app because I am physically disabled. Ended up waiting THREE HOURS and DID NOT RECEIVE MY FOOD!!. Talked to the morning manager to try and get a refund, she said to come in physically. That’s fine. Except I went to the location and the front door is LOCKED. Poor customer service, poor management."

"Terrible rude customer service in the drive thru. First had a coupon for a jumbo jack meal. Asked for cheese, lettuce ad ketchup only. The order taker flipped out over adding the cheese which if not included in the coupon could have said there would be an extra charge for cheese. No need for drama and rudeness. Then get home and most of the order was wrong. Sandwich had mayo when specifically said cheese lettuce and ketchup only. The drink was diet coke but the sent regular coke which got thrown away. Had to wipe off all the gross mayo and then re- add ketchup. I am less than a mile away and the French Fries were completely cold."

"Hilarious, they rush you at drive through, was trying to make most of my meals combo, girl in drive through was WAY to bothered to listen and take the order, gave us COLD HARD DRY food gave us the WRONG breakfast sandwich. My sons chicken strips HARD and DRY the poor babe couldn’t even bite into them! Tried calling multiple times NO ANSWER! Disgusting."

"This location was remodeled, and a new staff. Lots of parking and well lit. Very clean and lots of seating. It's a rough area. However, they have pivoted to make it a nicer and safer place. They have very good team members, and they are always cleaning. Food is good and well priced. Easy menu and full soda machine of choices. Kid friendly. Highly recommended."
