"I love Popeyes, but yesterday the shrimp was not fried fresh , it tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for too long. The chicken strips were good. Also, I thought surf and turf meant seafood and beef? I guess it can mean chicken & beef. The asian guy with the arm tattoo working the drivethru gave Excellent customer service."

"Our favorite chicken place. Love all their food. There was a time in Arkansas when they were new pre-2006, the staff would thank you and wish you a blessed day. They need to bring that back...I loved it!"

"The dying popeyes I have come here multiple times. Each time seems to get much worse. First off the restaurant smells weird. The restaurant is dirty all around. Their soda machine doesn't work. Plus the staff seem like they are drugs and act weird. The chicken is dry and overcooked everytime i eat here. "First time I have had Popeyes in a long time because the last time made me sick. Well this time, I found a HAIR in my chicken! Not just on it, but intertwined in the skin so it was fried into it! What’s even more sickening, is there is at least one other review of a hair found in food! This place is disgusting! Reaching out to the Maricopa County Environmental Services Department."

"Typically I like this location but the last few times the customer service is off and for the family meal we purchased was sooooo not worth it. The items we got was a 10pc mixed chicken dinner with 2 large sides for 24.99 and we ordered an extra side of gravy which brought out total to 31.00 and change. The mac and cheese was only half full and literally only enough for 1 person, and the mashed potatoes were fine but never received the extra gravy only another mashed potato which never comes with enough gravy which is why we ordered and paid for a gravy. The pack of chicken was a joke, looked like we got all the tiny pieces of chicken and I couldn't believe the amount we were charged but didnt get our money's worth at all. I didnt realize that the chicken was not enough to feed 4 of us, didn't realize the mac and cheese was going to be half full and didnt realize we never got our gravy until we got all the way home and by that time I wasnt going to go all the way back. Very disappointed for sure."
