"I used to love Taco Bell. Quick, easy, good portion and affordable. Not too much anymore. High prices are like everywhere else, and my burritos are small. Like eating tortillas with a pinch of goodies inside. My chips Stale. No smile from the takeout window."

"frequent this location for lunch. often has okay service but today, i asked to use cash and put the rest on card and instead of using cash, the employee put it all on my card, over-drafting my account (used exclusively for groceries/lunches so i consciously used the cash for this reason). after spending all of two minutes getting back to work, my potato tacos were thoroughly cold and contained literally three tiny potatoes each. absolutely trash experience today after consistently okay service so not really sure what happened."

"I don’t understand how Taco Bell as a business survives. This location doesn’t make my order right ever. I don’t like Taco Bell but plenty of people like it enough for me to go with them. When my peers order more food because they know that items will be messed up, that doesn’t show any positive to Taco Bell. It seems they prey on people looking to spend as little as possible on food and they take full advantage. Why are we willing to settle for this? The food should just be right, right? If there’s more to the story like a terrible store manager and corporate that only cares about drive thru times and additional items on each ticket then that should be addressed by the workers. Something needs to change for this location to be better because I just don’t get it."

"I went to this location today and ordered 5 soft taco's no lettuce? It had lettuce. I went back and she gave me 5 more tacos with lettuce. While in drive thru the manager Christina was very rude and short with me. The service was very bad. I called to make a complaint about my order. Christina was very rude and argumentative over the phone. She hung up on While I was still speaking. If you don't like your job you probably shouldn't be working there."
