"Came in on a Sunday Night. March 10. Much to our surprise, We were seated immediately. Once we receded, the waiter came over, and we started ordering off of the menu, and the waiter commented we are out of burgers, we are out of chicken, and all we have available are wings. But I had my mind made up. I wanted a burger. The host should have told us upfront before seating us that they were out of most of their menu items! It’s really unprofessional of the establishment tonight tell us upfront before they seated us that they had run out of food. I will never return. I can tell you that! Very distasteful. And even after being inconvenienced, when I ordered my wings, I wanted all drumettes and he said well there’s an up charge for each wing when you specify that! I said you guys should’ve specified upfront you were out of groceries! And now you want to ding me for an up charge on every wing! Can I rate this terrible place with a -10!"

"So I ordered a loaded bird dog the second time. The fist time I ate a bird dog at Chandler Fashion Square. The bird dog was like the picture as advertised. Big a and sloppy. Sloppy as in good.. However, I ordered the same bird dog at Westgate in Glendale. I was not happy with what was brought out. More of bread and least of chicken a d the ingredients of a bird dog."

"We just came in after the baseball game so I’ll give a little credit where credit is due. How were we have ate here before and had just as bad service. We stood at the door for close to 10 min before we got seated. Then we sat another 15 min and when we went to order off the scan option the server finally walked up. They didn’t give us kid menus. I had to google to see what kid options they had for my kiddos. To clarify the server was extremely nice and probably overwhelmed. It looked like him and one other girl was in the whole restaurant. We walked in and all the tables had not been bussed. And we had one option for a seat that was dirty. The food, I got a snack wrap. My kids got wings and Mac and cheese and my husband got a burger. He said the burger was super gross and tasted greasy. The fries were hard and tasted stale, how I expect home made frozen fries to taste. They brought out my kids and husbands order and he walked away and didn’t tell me anything about my order. It was taking longer or it was almost ready. I sate and waited and my husband was done with his food when I received mine. The server could have had better communication for sure on that end. Other than that no complaints. Editing to add; I got one alcoholic drink and he never came to ask if I wanted more and he did warn us that his staff team did leave. However he should have been more attentive to the tables and has the bussers bus."

"I don’t know why this surprises me, but placed an order through Uber Eats. I received all of my order, which shocked me. There is usually something wrong or missing when I order from any Buffalo Wild Wings. But, when I pulled my celery out of the bag, I was disgusted. It was brown and one stalk was even molded. How could this possibly be missed when bagging. DO BETTER!!!"
