"We spent 48$ on two meals to come home and find some sort of plastic in the burger along with a long black hair inside the burger. Very upsetting!! You can’t trust good old fast food restaurants anymore."

"Came here last night and the lobby was busy with a long drive through line. We ordered dine in to go. The staff was hustling around to make the food and you could tell they didn’t have enough hands on deck. The order ended up taking longer than we had time for so we left. We talked to the manager before leaving and let him know we were leaving so they didn’t have to make the food. He was kind and understanding and offered for us to return tonight to get the order taken care of. His offer was incredibly kind and I’m gonna have to make this default location I visit. Great management team. Thank you. Recommended this location for a team that cares and works hard."

"For the amount we pay to eat here, we'd expect a bit better service. It's like, 20% of the time, the employees are decent and at least know how to cook. The other 80% of the time, I'm actually worried about my order."

"The food was disgusting! Patty melt had NO CHEESE! The picture has mayo i added before realizing there was no cheese!! And the patty was like dog meat. Supposed to have 2 patties but had more like pieces of smash burger. Never again! $60 of hard earned money down the drain!!!!"
