Taco Bell

"We live close by and mobile order from here several times a month. While it doesn't happen often that the food is bad, it was bad enough today that I had to leave a review. I ordered a Mexican pizza and a cravings box. ALL of the tortilla shells tasted horribly stale and musty. The tortilla crust of the Mexican pizza was also horribly off and had a very bitter taste. It's like they found shells that had been sitting for who knows how long and said, eh what the hell! Let's use these! Luckily my husband's food was ok as was my daughter's burrito. However, all of my food had to be trashed as it tasted and SMELLED horribly stale. I'm hoping management sees this and checks in on it as this could cause issues down the line if someone is using expired products."

"Always fast and friendly at the drive thru when I am done with work! I usually get tacos and nacho fries there and everytime the service has been really good."

"Bought a Taco Bell gift card at Fry's on 83rd & Lower Buckeye, drove to Taco Bell on 99th Lower Buckeye right after. Entered and was met with "we don't take orders up front, go to the kiosk.". I didn't say anything, went straight to the kiosk with a half responding touch screen, ordered $27 worth of food on a $28 gift card. No physical receipt option, only email or no receipt which is keen on their racket. Make sure to get a emailed receipt. So somehow I have 62cents on a $28 gift card that "wasn't charged". Told them I'm on camera and they gave the run around. Talked to supervisor on their phone and the same nonsense was being spwewed. If you don't want to be robbed then to to drive thru. 0/5 Stars"

"They do not take orders inside. They want you to use their kiosk. They messed my order up and I began to realize the machine doesn't print receipts. The last thing I want to do is give Taco bell my email so they can sell my information. They don't care about their dine in. Only their drive through. The manager only cares about her end of the year bonus."

"Went to this Taco Bell and ordered a chicken quesidilla the price was posted as $4.69. When they rang it up on the screen they had it at a price that was noticeably higher. I told them what the menu said and requested a manager look at it so I could be charged according to the advertised price. A guy walked out and saw it he said he was the manager but he can't charge that price. He stated I would have to pay the higher price. This caused me to cancel my order and leave. We went to this taco bell attempting to catch happier hour, but after this happened, we missed it. If you go to this Taco Bell watch the prices they might not be correct."
