"This was a total disappointment. I ordered the hat at the end of April and was told it would be finished by the end off June, Late June I get a call that they used the wrong form which was 3/4 of an inch higher and sent a picture. the picture wasn't to bad so I drove the 4 hours to get it. when they showed me the hat it was about 4 sizes to small and sat on the top of my head the only thing right about it was the color. the only good thing was I received a full refund ( which took several weeks)."
