"The store is messy. I worked at a Family Dollar in Utah and we had it so clean and welcoming, this is not, but that's okay so long as they have what you want. As for the Hispanic checker, she is friendly, so I want to dispute the below comment, although, I do understand the concept. The only real problem I have is getting a worldwide recording who won't let you through to actually TALK TO A PERSON. Call back, WHY BOTHER. Sometimes we would like to ask.questions so we don't waste gas going to a place for.nothing. Family Dollar doesn't put gas in my car. They should answer the phone, maybe give us their private numbers, lol, since as one said, they are on their phones!"

"Messiest and most disorganized Family Dollar I’ve ever been to. Things were stacked and piled everywhere. No one else was in the store but the cashier was standing at the checkout on her phone. Two times I tried to buy things that she couldn’t “sell to me“ because they were Christmas? The register would not let her sell them to me… I’ve never heard of anything like that in my life. She said that they must have been missed when they were changing seasons, but there was about 30 Christmas things just in the row that I was in. Really Disappointing when I was just stopping in to grab something quick but it took me five minutes to find something I could actually buy."

"I walked into the store and the clerk was hanging thing's up she said she would be right with me... I guess I was a bother to her... she took her time hanging up the clothes when she was done I asked for cigarettes she said it was closed I asked how come.. she said because I don't feel like opening it... rude to the bone!! I'll never go there again!!!"

"Decent deals on some products. I can only give them 3 stars because they do have some predatory policies like charging a service fee on cash back from a debit card (Safeway next door is free). Some items are also really over priced which seems to be taking advantage of people who assume the dollar store is going to have the best deals on all items."
