"One of the worst Burger Kings I have visited. This location never takes online coupons. On this visit I waited 7 min in front of the register before a manger took my order. Could not get a shake because the machine wasn’t working, again. The manager that took my order has no personality. Not rude but doesn’t smile and moves slow."

"Went through the drive thru. Lady was rushing us and when we said we needed a sec she got annoyed and purposely ignored us. In the middle of our order she said I'll be right with you with no explanation and left us waiting. When we addressed at the window she just said do you want the food or not. When we received said food it was cold soggy and shorted. No total or receipt given either. I see why they have so many bad ratings. Not sure why we came here when we've had issues with them before, just in a convenient location which is probably why they're still standing."

"Came for lunch around 2:30pm no one else was in the drive thru. We pulled up to see the speaker covered with two old dirt notices that said no apple pay available and that they had no lettuce. We decided to order anyway. She answered us right away but we weren’t ready so we ask for a minute. It took her about 5 minutes before she returned to take our order. She did apologize for the wait and took payment. We checked our bag for correct items and got on the road. My son went to snack on the fries and they were cold. He went to bit into his impossible burger it was burnt. I’ve never seen him get so sad and his eyes weld up with tears. We decided to just not go there again. We loved Burger King but many of the locations have gone down in quality. Head to In and Out on Dysart they are always fresh and the employees always in a great mood."
