"So I walked up and I was waiting in line. They were busy they were busy but nobody acknowledged me. Nobody said we will be right with You. Nothing. They had a Hispanic lady who I had never seen before which is the one who did not acknowledge me. But Matt has been working there for years and usually is good with customer service. I would have thought he would have taken care of me because because I explained to him what happened. No I don't think customer service exists anymore. It is what it is. Needless to say I give people one chance. Then I review"
