"Since switching to Ace Hardware, they made the aisles smaller and difficult for two people to be in. I was told by employee to leave the aisle so another customer could exit, even though the other end of the aisle was not blocked. Also, my most recent visit had poor customer service. I was effectively ignored by the staff."
