High Quality Water of Tucson

"The headquarters is based in Tempe, AZ. There is no longer an office in Tucson. If needing service on your rainsoft equipment, the turn around time is about 2 weeks. Technicians are great. But if you run into issues within a month of a service be sure to call and schedule to avoid fees. We noticed an issue shortly after a service to change filters but it seemed to resolve itself, so I cancelled the visit. 3 months later we have a system failure and will be charged full price for a service, $119 to have it checked out. Getting a call back from the service department can be hard, rainsoft customer service will give you one number and the contracting service company, high quality water systems of AZ, will give you direct numbers to their service department. I've had times where I'm able to leave a voicemail and others where the line goes dead. Most times I'm able to get through to someone right away but getting a call back after leaving a voicemail is not always the case."

"We recently got a new water system with Matt Hall of High Quality Water of Tucson and have been very happy with it so far. Matt was helpful, enthusiastic and obviously believes in his products. For the quality of the water, cost of maintenance and service so far, they are the best we have come across and we have had estimates from several other companies as well as looking at buying DIY equipment. Our skin feels better after only a couple weeks of better water with a whole house filter setup and the smell that was coming from the water with our old water softener system is gone. It was not cheap, but I believe was the best deal for our needs and has lived up to their promises of quality completely."
