"I mean, it's taco bell, but the streak grilled cheese burrito has me coming back. There's a guy there in the drive threw who has just the kindest voice and mannerisms. It doesn't feel like typical costumer service voice and I hope nothing ever changes that."

"I don’t leave a lot of reviews especially for fast food, but I’ve gotten food from this tacobell multiple times and have bragged to friends about the level of customer service I get every single time, it exceeds expectations of some fine dining experiences. Enough so u felt compelled to write a review. There is one lady specifically who works drive through most of the time order in the evenings so I would assume that’s her normal shift, but unfortunately I didn’t catch her name, but she is awesome, very pleasing to do businesses with. She is what I would say is a roll model for customer service and hope more people can learn from her"

"Stopped for the grilled cheese dip taco. Taste was great. Taco itself could use some work. Only the bottom third has filling. Taco becomes too flimsy and falls apart. I folded it in half lengthwise and made it more like a taquito. Both taco and dip were piping hot and tasted really good. They seemed to have put more emphasis on this product. Pricing as part of a deluxe meal was very reasonable."
