"We made an online order at 720pm tonight. The original time for pick up was 750pm. At around 740pm we received a text that the order was ready. We drove the less than 1/2 mile to Panda on Estrella and headed to the online pickup area. After waiting almost 20 minutes we were advised that our order was given to another person with the same first name. There was no confirmation and my husband was questioned and ridiculed when he asked for the food we had paid for. The manager was non-chalant and offered no empathy towards the situation. So apparently if you want free panda all you have to do is walk up to the counter when it’s busy and say a common name like Michael, you might get lucky and get dinner for a family of 5! Thanks for your commitment to your customers Goodyear Panda!"

"Lets discuss food, Panda used to be my go to for a "fast" chinese... but over the last 6 months, it doesn't matter if I go to the Buckeye location or Goodyear- Estrella Pkwy - Kung pao chicken recipe has changed - it is too spicy to even eat. That used to be my go-to item. Often the rice in the fried rice is still crunchy. Service is just not great - We ordered take out and were missing 2 entrees from an entire meal. (Now I did call & they agreed to replace the 2 meals within 30 days if we returned with the receipt). But all we really want is to get the meal we ordered, in a timely manner, hot & fresh..."

"Jade in the drive thru is extremely rude. I was about to ask for sauce when she rudely cut me off, I ordered a large amount of food and asked for additional sauce and she handed it to me in an aggressive manner and with a lot of attitude. The food is fine but this particular employee needs customer service training. Even while I was ordering she sounded irritated and cut me off while I was trying to order. I've never had an issue with anyone else here I felt so bad I had to write this review"

"10$ for a plate, only got 3 pieces of beef in my broccoli beef. bffr. also tried asking for extra rangoons at the window and they said they cant take orders at the window which is a fat lie"
