"I always like to shop at goodwill. However, every time I go in this one one of the cashier’s (guy who always wears a mask I don’t know his name) is always rude and mean. He needs to self reflect sometime and see how he is treating people. Very uncool. Highly Recommend goodwill but not him!"
"Most employees were very nice. But a blonde older woman who worked there named Sally was loudly talking very rudely about customers for being in the store at least 15 minutes before closing. She said something about making the customers clean the floors because they weren't out of the store already. And about 20-25 minutes before closing when they closed the bathrooms, she was being very condescending over the intercom and speaking as if we were stupid. She was also being rude to another employee by complaining about their sweeping."
"I love this store. Great selection of clothes, shoes, dishes, even hardware stuff. Been shopping at this location for years."
"I have always enjoyed doing business at this store and have been enthusiastically visiting this location since it's original opening. Brian doing checkout up front at the registers is always genuinely friendly, warmly courteous and extreamely professional. He seemingly can multitask with great proficiency as he runs a register and gives a warm welcome to everyone who enters the store. His actions exemplify how customer service should be defined. Sadly while most employees strive to emulate that same standard of customer service, the stuck on rude lady stocking shelves routinely displays open toxic hostility towards shoppers who are unaware of her activities. I get that she's busy putting items on shelves, but shoppers are equally busy looking for bargains thru the disorganized mess and are often unaware or unconcerned over her movements, tragically once compounded with this ladies open hostility, rather your 5yrs old or 85yrs old, her response is consistently mean spirited and personally insulting if you have dared to cross paths with her on the sales floor. This socially bankrupt malcontent seriously needs to be either fired or relocated to a job where she isn't around the general public, exposing them to her openly unabashed caustically abrasive levels of interaction. Her behavior simply ruins any visit to this store. I have personally seen her verbally berate and attack an adolescent child for getting in her way???? I immediately brought my observations to the attention of the on duty manager and expected it to be effectively delt with, yet on another later visit, she was consistently still being overtly rude to patrons as if no intervention had ever taken place or had fallen upon deaf ears. I'm sure I'm not alone in my assessment that if this matter is not effectively addressed, this unacceptable situation can easily jeopardize my future business along with countless others with this establishment who find it unacceptable and who aren't willing to tolerate being mistreated by a toxic narcissist ambassador misrepressing Goodwill! During a recent visit the entire store was verbally admonished over the overhead intercom because "someone" failed to put some clothing item back in it's proper place. Tragically it was on par with the "no more wire hangers" moment from "Mommy Dearest" and proved to be just another example of the distain this wack job has for people who support this store. Apparently shooting the cow because it watched the fox eat the chickens is a totally acceptable practice at Goodwill on Tanque Verde when this lady is involved. Sadly she's become a professional embarrassment to this store and to Goodwill. Certain members of the staff are obviously emotionally out of touch and "slightly" out of control and simply need to removed. Store prices seemingly are aggressively on the raise, but the store has equally started just dumpling items on the sale floor with little to no effort to organize those items. The book selection is a classic example of this lack of pride that seemingly only gets worse with each visit. It's become impossible to even attempt to look at titles as currently displayed. The building grounds are slowly becoming an unkept eyesore. It clearly portrays a lack of pride, but even worse it portrays an over abundance of a lack of shame. This overall level of managerial indifference is really sad to see."
"Store has no story policy posted about children over 2 having to wear masks. Tucson and county mandates have both stated its not healthy or reasonable to require a child under 5 to wear a mask. This store discriminated against me and my 3 children demanding that they be confined in a stroller or wear a mask. My kid under 2 was in the stroller the other 2 are under 5 years and were shopping quietly. They were demanding they were a mask regardless of the mandates. This company will not get anymore of my business and I hope others join me. They didn't offer masks but wanted me to buy them just for their store from their store. This was unreasonable, unkind, and unnecessary. Just plain rude and ugly."
