"Save yourself and DON'T place a pickup order during the lunch hour! They are very busy during lunch and unable to fulfill pickup orders at the time that it is promised. I placed a pick-up order this past weekend on a Saturday and was told that my order would be ready for pickup at 12:16. When I arrived at 12:14, I was told that there were two orders in front of me. At 12:52 p.m. I received a text that my order was finally ready. All four people who were behind the counter were working on orders of the people in line and not the pickup orders. I did not get an apology or hear anything from a manager. If you're trying to run a business and have pick up orders available, I feel that this is unacceptable. Funny that they told me to email them about the issue... I did and got NO response back. Laughable!"

"This place has super potential. Lots of good things on the menu here and you can taste the good. My orig chicken sandwich was full of flavor however my portion of chicken to bread ratio was no stars out of 5. They can do better. Too much bread not enough chicken. Maybe it's just me? Good thing I got that extra chicken noodle soup .. thank you to the staff, cheers"

"With Cafe Zupas you always know to expect a consistently good quality food, at what is a well thought out service concept. Their tomato basil soup, especially, is thick like a pasta sauce. Sandwiches and salads made to order. I did, however, happen to visit this location at what I assume to have been towards the tail end of a busy lunch hour rush, so the standard of cleanliness was less than what I am used to from this chain. However, we all have those days -- although, there was a lot of staff just standing behind the counter. You cannot go wrong with half and half combo, allowing you to pick two half portions of either: soup, sandwich or salad. Their own ice-teas and lemonades are worth of checking."
