Twice as Nice,

"It really sucks because they actually have some pretty cute stuff but they don’t have any fitting rooms. And you can only return for store credit which is completely lame. The employee suggestions was to come back wearing tight clothing and try the clothes on over them. Like I want to come and try clothes on in the middle of the aisle with everyone watching? No thanks. Some of their kids clothes are overpriced in my opinion. They had fitting rooms before Covid I don’t get why you still wouldn’t have them. Update 3/18 The manager replied to my review stating they now have a fitting room but I was told they did not have one when I returned after reading the review."

"In the past I always liked this Twice as Nice location. But today I had an experience that left a really bad taste in my mouth. Since we moved out of Tucson, I haven't been able to come in. I have bladder issues (which I know is not anyone's fault). But when I have to go I have to go. I asked Michelle if they had a restroom and she told me no that there is a restaurant next door. I told her I did not think I would make it that far. She said it is right there. So I stood there for a minute trying to get control over my issue and proceeded to stumble out hanging the clothes on a rack with intentions of coming back after going somewhere else to purchase pants and change seeing as though I didn't make it. She then chased me out the store as though I was a criminal wanting to know where I put the clothes. I told her and left. I then called the store to clarify that I am not a thief and didn't appreciate being treated as such over a bathroom request and to let her know i was planning to come back for the clothes. She interrupted me saying that it is her job and hung up on me. Needless to say I did not return to get the garments I was going to get and will not be back or refer anyone to that store as in the past."
