"Horrible services from employees who couldn’t be bothered to even get my order. The cashier literally kept saying she couldn’t verify my order even though I paid it for online, the pickup confirmation email told it was ready, and they even had the shirts in stock. They keep saying they didn’t have the shirts, couldn’t find my order, or just laughing. One girl kept telling me I had to cancel my order even though it was processed so that wasn’t an option. They wanted me to resolve this issue even though I had no way of doing that and they are the employees. It was clear they were high too so just an overall horrible experience."

"This location is usually great. They always have good discounts and deals, and their inventory is always full of clothes I like and wear so I go here quite often. Today I’m leaving a 2 star review because of the way the employees were acting in front of customers. As I was at the register the girl taking my payment seemed bothered to have to interact with me, because she was conversing with her coworkers about “store dilemmas”. They were all younger, and as with pretty much everywhere in Tucson they have terrible customer service because they hire kids who don’t care to begin with, and then they underpay and overwork them so yeah we’re here now…."

"I got some awesome glasses, they had a great deal, and the girl at the counter was super nice. Also they wrapped my glasses separately which is awesome attention to detail."

"The lady or manager was the most rude person I ever met, I wanted a refund and she wasn’t tryna to give it to me, the person who gave me the shirt wouldn’t give me a physical receipt only and online one, shady, and then the lady had an attitude and said rude things about me and my family, I can tell she was a bully"
