"Soma, like every other shop in La Encantada, has adopted the new customer greeting, a pleasant “Welcome In!” Indeed, I felt welcome as my girlfriend meandered about the shop. But what really caught my eye was how the lingerie industry has embraced high tech to bring truly innovative new fashions to market, such as these Wireless Bras which I presume use Bluetooth® or maybe WiFi to connect. I was tempted to get one just to see if it works with my T-Mobile 5G router, but I decided to wait and see if there’s an app for the iPhone. Couldn’t find any Wireless Panties, but I suppose they’re still in Beta."

"I visited the store to exchange a bra purchased on line. They did not stock that style in my size but Dawn assisted me in finding a very good alternative. She was friendly, professional and succeeded in making me a happy customer."

"Went in to get fitted for the proper bra size as I have lost 30+ pounds and my bras no longer fit right. I was greeted with a "Hello, can I help you". I said yes please. The young lady led me to a room and measured me. After 3 attempts to read the tape, she turned it over to the correct side. She determined my size and cup. She said she'd be back in a minute with some choices for me to try. Never returned. Store was not busy. And I left....very disappointed with the disregard. I passed right by her on my way out and no acknowledgement."

"UPDATE: I received a phone call from the store manager, Roberta and she put me down for an appointment and I had a way better experience! She apologized for the service I received and was very empathetic towards the situation. This is something every manager should embody. Roberta let me know that Soma was having their Summer Bra Event with $29 bras. I went on a Saturday and Roberta and crew were very helpful from beginning to end. Everyone was very helpful cheerful in the store. It was my sisters first time buying bras from Soma and she really enjoyed her experience. With both of us combined, we bought ten bras total. Great experience and Roberta was very receptive to the feedback that I had given. I’m glad she invited me back for a second time - I will be back again as my sister and I had a great experience. One of the worst locations I have ever been to. Me and my sister walked in and we’re not greeted at all. While we were looking at bras, I expressed how excited I was that one of the bras I wear was coming in a navy. The two associates in the store continued to ignore us and talk about a conversation (very graphic) that should not be said while people are in the store. I was ready to buy several bras but walked out due to lack of customer service. I even reached out to Soma customer service and I still have not heard back from them. This was over a month ago. As a former employee I’m disappointed and I know for a fact I will not step into this store again as they judge you as soon as you walk in and they decide based on how you look if they want to help you or not. If you already know your size, shop online. If not, save yourself the frustration, take a day trip to Phoenix and visit the Soma in the Scottsdale mall. Way better customer service."

"Ashley was amazing! I needed to be fitted badly for a bra. She was very helpful & professional. The store was busy and Ashley handled things pleasantly and with ease. I came back later in the afternoon with friends (they needed underwear) after a late lunch at Blanco and she remembered my name. A great customer service experience overall."
