"I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dunkin' at this location and was fortunate enough to be assisted by the incredible Laryssa. From the moment I stepped into the store, Laryssa's warm and welcoming demeanor stood out, making my Dunkin' experience truly exceptional. Laryssa's customer service skills are nothing short of outstanding. She not only took the time to greet me with a genuine smile but also went above and beyond to ensure that my visit was memorable. Her attentiveness to customer needs was evident as she patiently listened to my order, making sure every detail was correct."

"I only post after reading reviews and this review is it a pleasant one. Morning crew has an attitude, and they cannot handle stress, not even when you tell them that they have the order wrong, or that their coffee is severely watered down. Now, I can’t expect for strong coffee from anyone since most love sugary drinks, but if you’re the customer, you can provide some feedback on their coffee. When I “complained” the ladies huddled up and started talking bad about me. I requested to speak to the manager, and realized she was in the group the entire time. That’s when I told here that the only reason o requested a refund was due to the attitudes. I hope others have better experiences."
