"I have been going to Dairy Queen for many years. 45 years to be exact. I ordered a blizzard and they stopped selling my favorite Reese’s peanut butter cup. Seems like all the ice cream places stopped using it. Anyway hopefully it will be back."

"I pulled into the drive thru at 9:50. I tried ordering a burger and shake, and the person took a very long time to say that the kitchen was closed. I can understand that and don't mind too much, but when I pulled up to the window, I was greeted by a girl who was extremely distracted by her male coworker, had her hair down, and was pretty rude. The thing that really grosses me out was when I saw the person making my shake accidentally slightly overfill the cup, and then take his open hand and scoop out the extra to put a lid on. He literally saw me, see him shove his hand in my shake. It was a Male employee in maybe his early 20's. There was a different female employee with shorter hair who was helping him make the shake and saw the whole thing, did not care at all. The size was wrong, so they had to make a new shake but I did not even drink it when I got home, I was so grossed out by how I saw them handle food. This place needs to be looked at for how they're training their employees for food handling and safety. If that's what's happening in the front, I don't wanna know what they do in the back. Update: I sent an email to their corporate office as listed on the receipt and haven't heard back since 10/25. I cannot stress this enough, this place is gross and nasty and the staff will stick their hands in your ice cream and shakes so best to just not go here and support the local ice cream shop instead."

"I know it happens quite often at every food service. But when you get a hair 8 inches long now someone's not paying attention or it was purposely done. Jus saying. The hair comes from underneath the scoop of ice cream all covered in chocolate."

"Just got back from DQ for my grand kids . I sat at the drive up window for 61/2 minutes. When I pulled up one sundae was done .And I watched the second one come then no more. Then 5 minutes later the third one got there and the last one . The ice cream was melted in the first one and so was the second . By the time I got home 2 miles away and only 2 lights the third was on its way. The best part I took a cooler and refrigerated them on the way home . Very disappointed in the way the staff handled this one. Poor training on managements part."
