"Ordered the jasmine milk tea from the kiosk. Asked the cashier if they use real milk, they do not. They use a non-daory powder. Asked if they use real taro, they do not. They use a taro powder. My drink total was $7.25. I ordered Jasmine powdered non- dairy creamer with Boba . I felt ridiculous paying this price for what I was ordering, but I did it anyway because my favorite boba shop is in Tempe, easily another 20 minutes away. There really is good boba put there. One just needs to know where. Customer service is pretty much non existent here. My drink didn't even get called out. Giving 3 stars because it was clean and the actual boba was decent."

"First off, the gal that helped us was so sweet and helpful she just made the whole experience so delightful! She even gave me a sample of the custard so I could try it before I made my drink choice. Both of my kids got ice cream. I will agree with another reviewer that they kinda skimped out on the sprinkles, it was barely a tsp but everything else was amazing. The ice cream was super creamy. I got a strawberry matcha tea latte with bobas. You can pick your sweetness level and customize it with bobas or toppings or whatever else you like! The bobas are so good, I really liked the drink. I did the recommended 75% sweetness and I don’t think it was too sweet but next time I think I’ll try 50%. I think the total for our order was a little over $20 for 1 single scoop cone, one double scoop cone and my drink. Will definitely visit again!"
