"Worst customer service I've ever seen, and I've traveled half the country... Items locked in the cosmetics sections are no longer able to be purchased as I got the attention of 6 different employees and NONE of them could figure out how to unlock any if the security clips. After bringing it to 2 registers I gave up and took the items to customer service. After explaining the situation to them I got blamed for the entire thing by the customer service associate. They told me locked items are no longer for sale because the employees are all busy. Whatever thats supposed to mean, I dont know... Get it together management team! NONE OF YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE TRAINED!"
