I mentioned having a 10% off coupon for her to scan and she was so bothered by it. I provided her the barcode AND a code to punch in but she refused to do so until I told her what the coupon was for even though she was shown the full coupon on my phone. She didn’t care to read, just said she’s not punching in a discount until I explain to her the coupon I had. Pat needs a serious attitude adjustment or maybe she shouldn’t be working in customer service"
