"I was at this location after getting groceries last night in Albertsons. I went over to ask the guy behind the counter it they had the protein box like the other Starbucks have. He told me I was thinking of McDonald's and I said no, I always get them at the Starbucks in McCormick Ranch Park. He says, "well they don't have them here" in a very mean voice. I wanted to order a drink but he just walked away after that. There was no one at the counter except me. So I will never go there again to that location. This was the first time I had really bad customer service with a Starbucks employee. He definitely needs customer service skills or don't work where you have to be friendly and smile. I walked out and went to my usual location of Starbucks"
