"The lady was making my coffee and made a comment and a weird look on her face. I asked her if something was wrong with my coffee and she said it is disgusting!!! Very disrespectful at the least....if she hates her job, go elsewhere!"
"Overall, it's a good location. The only issue I had was when I ordered , no one called out my name stating it was ready. They have a system where customers need to find their own order. This is fine - the issue is not knowing when it's ready, so we are just looking at and touching other people's orders."

"This is the dirtiest Starbucks I have been in a long time. No business - poorly run. Restroom smelled, staff very slow, no interaction with customers. Newer location too!"
"As a Arizona native.. generations go back to the 1920s in Phoenix I am a local guide... besides that coffee’s great.. parking lot was designed by a 25-year-old probably that’s never worked in the field Because the parking spaces are small and the whole parking layout is wrong and besides that .. doing 3 U-turns just to get back on the 101 going south.. Great coffee though!"
