"This is the absolute worst IHOP I have ever been to. I have given this place 3 chances and every visit has been terrible! The service is impersonal and cold and it is far longer wait than it should be to get the food that you ordered! Just an absolutely inexcusable clown show at the location! Denny's is just down the road from here, go there instead! Avoid this place!"

"I didn't get the layout of the restaurant so I can't say that our long wait was/wasn't justified, but our server was quick with our order. While some of us went the traditional route, others tried something new ( I had the appetizer plate and I have no regrets) and we enjoyed our late breakfast."

"To start they called my name then he (Skinny guy with facial hair)asked us to wait while he gave the booth to someone that had just walked in. You're next we were told, then we proceeded to wait while at least another 10 names were called. I then got up and checked the list and saw I had been crossed out. When we were finally seeing ordered the Colorado omelet no cheese. It came out over done with cheese that had been scraped off and the mushrooms and meat that was on top dry and tasted burnt. We've never had this problem before here and we dont mind waiting because the food is always good but It wasn't as busy as it usually gets."

"Only giving two stars because the temperature was very comfortable wait for seating was short. Took ten minutes for anyone to greet us once at the table. Waitress was very visible around the entire restaurant but never returned to refill drinks or check on our food. The food took over 35 minutes for pancakes. No fried foods just eggs and pancakes. When food came out it was cold and extremely greasy. It’s been years since I last visited this location and will probably be again."

"I went here for a late dinner seeing they had no people in the parking lot, thinking they were closed at first. Was greeted and tooking to our table, waitress was super nice brought our drinks super fast. After placing our order, we waited for our food when we noticed some more people was coming in to eat. Here is where our experience got a one ⭐ did not see a waitress for over 15 min, drinks were empty, still no food. Several times we had to call over the waitress to fill our drinks, she was too busy flirting with the cook. Finally our food came, missing several items in our meal, ordered mushrooms and union's as a side, those did not arrive until it was time to go. I only went here because they used to have great service in the past, now it's horrible and I will never return to IHOP in the future. In the future I will take my business to Denny's, at least they have better service. Note to the manager, you need to train your service people, they are horrible. I've been in the service industry for over 20+ years, and I have never treated my customers like your employees did to us. If you are looking for a great late night dinner/breakfast, I recommend going to Denny's."
