"We were not acknowledged when we entered the store as the 3 sales ladies were visiting with each other I even had to show my friend where the dressing room was. She was only greeted when she walked up to the register to pay for her purchase Much friendlier atmosphere at the Park Place store that you closed. Also more appealing layout there."

"I went to this location with my fingers and toes crossed that they would have in stock a sweater that was not available online, and as part of an order I placed earlier that day. Lo and behold, there was! To say that I was delighted is an understatement. And as sprinkles on the icing on the cake, the sweater was on sale. The women working in the store were very nice and helpful and we're not pushy in the least - I really appreciate that. Great experience at one of my very favorite clothiers."

"Beware if you want to return an item. They will 'tell you' they 'CANNOT' give you a return even if you have a receipt, even if the tags are still on the item, and even if are within the return timeframe, unless you give them your phone number. They will tell you that your phone number 'has' to be on file with them before they can allow the refund. What an outrageous way to collect data on you and invade your privacy. When I challenged them on this ridiculousness one of the ladies said 'everyone does that for returns' Um no they don't. NO ONE anywhere makes you give them a phone number that has to already be in their system before they will refund your money. Of course after you give them a number and the refund is complete they will backpedal and say well we just want you to have it. What a lie! Will never shop at J Jill."

"I went to the store with my mom today, and we were treated like royalty. The ladies looked for styles and sizes for us - it was like shopping with our own personal salesperson! The quality of products is beautiful, but it because of the exceptional experience we had that will keep us going back to the store! We will be back!"
