"Tried for the first time today and the employee went above and beyond making me a drink that was off menu. Drink was delicious and even came with a broiled sugar top. This will be my new go to boba!! Highly recommend. Thank you!"
"If I could give the service a 6/5 stars I would!! Been here multiple times with my friend recently, always a good experience. If you ask the workers about what’s in the drink they have no problems letting you know, and they also try to resolve any miscommunications asap! Their new hires the past couple months are super great people and very enthusiastic :) One thing is that whenever my friend asks for no ice, there is always a couple ice pieces in the drink (they shake the drink with ice, then take it out) and my friend has an aversion to the feel/sound of ice and doesn’t like that. I hope XFT can fix this! I really like that the boba is house made, they are the only store i know of in AZ that has STRAWBERRY TAPIOCA BOBA! Super great selection of pretty drinks :)"

"My friend took a sip and let the staff know it’s lacking flavor. He proceeded to charge her for a new drink. He emphasized they don’t not correct and or remake a drink. She basically payed over $7 for a drink to only have it taste like cold milk & old boba. The boba was overdone, hard, grainy texture, and lack of flavor. There’s so many other great boba spots in the area that have amazing drinks and customer service."
