"I have been here before and I will continue to come back. I am not a fan of their drinks but my family really likes them. The inside is clean and inviting. I really like the machine used to close up the drinks, I just think it is cool. During my last 2 visits, I had the black tea with lemon and the oolong tea with lemon. I prefer the black tea myself but that is just the difference in taste from the oolong but I know the later is a healthier tea. It is not to sweet and has the right amount of flavor. I would recommend people come check them out and see what they have to offer."
"I've been to a lot of boba shops around the valley and felt hesitant to check this boba shop based on the recent reviews about poor customer service and the quality of drinks being bad, but I figured why not check the place out for myself. Unfortunately, my experience was negative. Right when I walked in, I said hello and was just given a blank stare by the cashier. I asked what they reccomended since it was my first time there; the cashier, with attitude, told me to just look at the menu. I started feeling uncomfortable, it felt like I was a burden just by being there. I decided on an extra large Matcha Black Sugar Boba Milk With Cream Mousse. This is the first boba shop I've been to that didn't have any chairs or tables, so I stood and waited. When I received my drink, I noticed they gave me a hot cup, which meant I was unable to see how my drink looked. This confused me since the photos I've seen for this place, a plastic cup is used, so you're able to see the boba and how the drink looks. Instead of poking my straw through the top, I peeled off the paper top/lid to see how it looked. It was mainly ice! I drove down the road to QT and poured the drink into an empty QT cup, and there was hardly any liquid/boba, just large ice cubes... for a drink that costed $8.50, I felt robbed. I wouldn't reccomend this place to anyone, there's plenty of other boba shops that not only greet you, but actually make the boba drinks for less and they aren't filled to the brim with ice!"
"I drink boba all the time and this was the worst by far. I expected better especially because there are so many boba shops around here and the quality of the Thai tea is horrible. Does not taste like how it should it tastes water down. Cashier did her job but didn’t care about customer satisfaction. I’ve worked at a boba shop so I know how it’s like and I forgot to ask for less ice and when I told the girl less ice and she didn’t make my drink yet she only had the ice in the cup and THE CUP WAS FILLED WITH ICE TO THE BRIM and she only got rid of a few ice cubes?! Horrible. Didn’t even ask if that was okay with me. The Thai tea taste bad right off the bat from the first sip right away. Even canned Thai tea taste better than this. I paid so much for bad quality. Expected more especially from a shop that collated with hello kitty as well. And the matcha drink does not taste good either, the matcha tastes weird and grainy. As you can see on the straw she did not mix the drink well. Even Starbucks matcha taste better. Honestly the matcha doesn’t even taste like matcha and I cannot taste the cheese foam either. I basically paid for a cup of ice and no product. Also too much boba than should be. Please do better and care about customer experience and ur own products. Also I forgot to mention the girl was not welcoming either and seemed like she didn’t want to be there. And when I asked her about the ice she looked irritated and over it. I asked her nicely too. Honestly with her attitude it seemed like she just didn’t want to deal with brewing more Thai tea No where to sit and wait for drink, no garbage cans either to throw plastic wrap from straw."
"Whenever I am looking for a place to get boba, I always come back to this one for the Mango Sago. The consistency of that drink is very good with the toppings inside. I have tried other teas here, but they are either too sweet or too bitter."
"We saw this place opening today on Instagram. We decided to try it out. There was a long line with people lining up. It was worth the wait. On opening day, even when the line was long, the line went smoothly and the staff was friendly and courteous. Our drinks were ready within 5 mins after we paid. We got the #1 and it was delicious. They got the boba just right. It has the best texture and chewy softness that was amazing. Probably the best boba we had so far. The drink itself was not overly sweet either. We will come back and bring friends."
