"I've been shopping here for at least 20 years. I live really far from the Tucson Mall store, so I love that when I arrive the store is quiet and doesn't have loud or frenetic music. The merchandise is orderly and the aisles wide enough for browsing. I'm a plus-size woman and love their Dillard's Woman department. They could trend granny, but they don't. There are many stylish choices available for my work life and for evening wear. The salespeople I've worked with are knowledgeable about their stock and never rush or push. They are also very good about returns--I've never done a return without buying something else :) They have good prices, but I'm a sale-only shopper, and they have REALLY GOOD sales. 5 outta 5 for me."

"After going to another "bra shop," with much disappointment, I decided to try Dillard's to get bra fitted. I was sooooo pleasantly surprised at the high level of attention. The specialist knew exactly how to measure me, find me options, and even get me in and out of the bra selection with ease. I finally have a bra that actually fits me properly, is comfortable, and pretty. Great department. The selection was great. Service was outstanding."

"I miss the great New Year sale! There were not many sales this year. I still like their selection. I've been buying here for over 30 years, but lately, I've been disappointed in the quality of some of the men's dress shirts. The collars fall apart, and material seems to split easily. I was told it was because of the dry cleaning chemicals, so I have been washing and ironing at home and still have the same issue. Quality in some brands has come down."

"Very disappointed with customer service. I paid cash for iteam and when return I was sent in so many places for a refund and was made to fell shame for using cash . Although I spent over $1000 dollars for gifts in the store and returned an ugly piece of jewelry, as my wife said . For only $86 dollars. After shopping all my adult life, I was abused for being a customer . I forgive you and the store..... what should have taken 5 minutes took 45 no cash I The registers wow America has changed .
