"Look at how girls in Free people take care of customers. I am fan of both brand, but I would say I prefer to order items online instead of in store cuz one of the staff in anthologie which gives me a wield feeling. Three stars cuz other staff are ok."
"Every time I’ve been there the girl working the dressing room has blatantly ignored my existence and goes out of her way to ask people if they’re finding everything ok but me, and very deliberately too. weird vibes lmao. Also all the clothes at this location are for an older demo."
"Love my new denim overalls ♡ great costumer service as always!"
"Love this store! Wonderful and whimsical clothing, bedding, books, some beauty products and general gifts. On the expensive side, but the clothing is definitely of a higher quality. As always, the staff at this store was present and helpful, and the store was impeccably stocked and cleaned. And it always smells magical in there."
"The customer service has plummeted at this store. I went in to purchase several gifts. I went to look at candles and one employee, who was quite large, was posted at the candles chatting with another employee. She would not budge. I could not see the candles and could not get around her. She was so engrossed in her chat that she was oblivious that a customer was trying to see the merchandise she was blocking. When I finally find some items, I went to the register. The lady at the register was on the phone and told me she'd call someone up to check me out. The girl she called was obviously disturbed that she had to come and check out. I let her know that the items were gifts and I needed them gift-bagged separately. Her response, "Wait, you want to pay for them all separately?" I told her no, I just wanted them gift-bagged separately. Well after I paid, she threw them all into one bag. I reminded her they were separate gifts. She handed me a second bag with a missing handle as she rolled her eyes. I pointed out that the bag was missing a handle. Eye roll again. I noticed that there were gift boxes on the counter so I asked her if I could buy the boxes. " No they're free. You want one?" Yes please. She handed me ONE box for the five gifts. No tissue, no ribbon. I didn't dare ask for more. It's no wonder fewer and fewer people are shopping in brick and mortar. I did most of my Christmas shopping online this year. I needed to run in for last minute gifts. I will plan better next time so I won't have to go into that store. What a disaster."
